Two Professionals Standing

Our Story

The events of 2020 brought global disruption that redefined how most of us work. Already challenged by a massive talent shortage, many businesses began to recognize the undeniable link between employees and business success, and the opportunity to embrace recruitment and retention practices as critical for sustaining overall business health.

The timing was just right for business leader Brandy Little. Driven by a keen understanding of the critical connection between business strategy and marketing success, she repositioned her existing company into Brand DNA Advisors to better serve the business community with their people strategies. Offering a unique blend of training as a systems coach and 25+ years as a business development professional, Brandy – and her team – provides the strategy, training, and tools of success for an ever-changing marketplace. The result?  Companies can more readily adapt to what’s next — even in times of disruption.

CEO and Facilitator

Every team has a collective story. And the opportunity to improve upon it. Brandy’s 25-plus-year career has been about helping firms—and people—take charge of their storyline. Her abundant curiosity and unique combination of coaching and marketing skills help teams align their inner strengths with their external narratives to create positive change.

As both internal leader and external consultant, Brandy has helped firms set strategies that have yielded net gains in revenue, business development ROI, and operational efficiency. Brandy uses her training as a professional systems coach to foster deep democracy, which enables teams to recognize recurring themes and root issues that inhibit innovation and productivity. The outcome is transparency, accountability and commitment that opens untapped potential and motivates teams.

Outside the office, Brandy is an active volunteer for several professional and advocacy organizations. In 2021, she was named a Fellow in the Society for Marketing Professional Services for her sustained contributions as a mentor, teacher and pioneer. When taking time to herself, you’ll likely find Brandy cruising down the ski slopes or plotting her next travel adventure. And there’s a good chance her trusty canine companion will be at her side.
